Printsy VIP Membership is our premium member program built for creators makers and 3D printing enthusiasts. Members get access to exclusive STL models early product access special rewards and future member only benefits across the Printsy ecosystem.
What do VIP members get access to?
VIP members may receive access to exclusive STL downloads early filament launches member only rewards special offers bonus content and more features as the ecosystem grows.
Do I need a Printsy account to use VIP Membership?
Yes. You must be logged into your Printsy account to access VIP rewards exclusive content and Model Vault downloads.
How do I get VIP Membership?
If you’re logged into your Printsy account, your first eligible filament order includes free VIP Membership access for a limited time with access to exclusive rewards, member only content and Model Vault downloads.
After the free period ends, VIP Membership will be available as a paid upgrade.
Can I share my VIP Membership access?
No. VIP Membership is tied to your Printsy account and is only intended for use by the account owner.
Will VIP Membership get more features over time?
Yes. We plan to keep expanding VIP benefits with new STL releases exclusive creator drops member only rewards special offers and more creator focused features over time.
Can VIP benefits change in the future?
Yes. As Printsy grows some membership features benefits or inclusions may change improve or expand over time to provide more value to members.
What is the Printsy Model Vault?
The Printsy Model Vault is a growing library of premium STL models featuring member only content alongside free models available to the community.
If you’re logged into your Printsy account, your first eligible filament order includes free VIP Membership access for a limited time giving you access to the Model Vault at no extra cost.
How do I access the Model Vault?
You must be logged into your Printsy account to access available models downloads and membership content.
Are the models included with VIP Membership?
Yes. VIP Membership gives you access to premium STL models, exclusive member only drops and future Vault content inside the Printsy Model Vault.
Free models will still be available for everyone, while VIP Members unlock access to more exclusive and premium content.
Are the STL files beginner friendly?
Yes. The Printsy Model Vault is designed to support creators of all skill levels with beginner friendly models alongside more advanced designs.
Most models are made to be simple to use. Just load them into your preferred slicer and print. Some models may also include pre-configured slicer files to make printing even easier as part of our “Printing Made Easy” mission.
Will new models be added regularly?
Yes. The Model Vault will continue expanding with new handcrafted models exclusive drops and creator collaborations over time.
Can I sell prints made from the STL models?
Some models may include commercial use rights while others may be limited to personal use only depending on the model license. Commercial use rights require an active VIP Membership.
Full licensing details will always be shown before download.
Can I share or resell the STL files?
No. STL files from the Model Vault may not be shared redistributed resold or uploaded elsewhere unless explicitly stated by the license.

Why does the Model Vault exist?
Our goal is to build more than just a filament brand. We want to create a complete ecosystem that helps makers spend less time searching and more time creating.
Can I return filament if I change my mind?
Due to the nature of 3D printing materials, opened filament rolls generally cannot be returned for change of mind. If your order is unopened and unused, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll review it case by case.
What if my filament arrives damaged?
If your filament arrives damaged, tangled or defective contact us within 7 days with photos/videos. We’ll work with you on a replacement, store credit or refund depending on the issue.
What if the vacuum seal is damaged?
Minor cuts or small leaks in the vacuum bag may happen during shipping. We recommend drying the filament before use. If the filament itself is damaged or unusable, contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Do I need to pay return shipping?
For approved change of mind returns, customers cover return shipping costs. If the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we’ll assist accordingly.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are usually processed within 3–7 business days depending on your payment provider.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from local Australian stock from our warehouse at 35 Sunblest Cres, Mount Druitt NSW 2770 for faster dispatch and more reliable delivery.
I entered the wrong address. What should I do?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
My order says delivered but I can’t find it.
Check around your property, mailbox and safe drop locations first. If it’s still missing, contact us and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Yes. We support bulk filament orders and business partnerships. Contact us for custom pricing and support.
What printers are compatible with Printsy filament?
Our filament is compatible with most FDM 3D printers that support standard 1.75mm filament.
Does the filament come dry?
Yes. Every spool is vacuum sealed with desiccant protection to help reduce moisture exposure during storage and shipping.
What temperatures should I print at?
Recommended nozzle and bed temperatures are listed on each product page and spool packaging.
Is your filament AMS compatible?
Yes. Most of our PLA-based materials are designed to work with AMS systems including Bambu Lab AMS setups.
How should I store filament?
For best results, store filament in a cool dry place or inside the included moisture-resistant storage bag after use.
Do you work with creators and influencers?
