Return & Refund Policy
At Printsy, we stand behind the quality of our products and want every customer to shop with confidence. If there is ever an issue with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right.
This policy applies to all products sold by PRINTSY PTY LTD, including physical products such as filament and digital products such as STL files, memberships and digital downloads.
Australian Consumer Law
Our products and services are covered by Australian Consumer Law protections. If a product has a major issue, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or other remedy under Australian law.

Change of Mind Returns
We may accept change of mind returns for unopened and unused physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- the item must be unused and unopened
- the original packaging must be in good condition
- proof of purchase must be provided
- the return must be approved by Printsy before being sent back
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change of mind returns.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Opened or used filament is generally not eligible for return unless approved by Printsy after review.
Returns requested due to printer setup, calibration, slicing settings or general preference reasons may not qualify for return approval.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- opened or used filament
- downloaded STL files or digital products
- memberships or vault access once activated
- gift cards
- final sale or clearance items
- custom or made-to-order products
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact our team within 14 days of delivery through our contact page or by emailing support@printsy3d.com.au.
To help us assess the issue, please include:
- your order number
- photos or videos of the issue
- photos of the product label or packaging where applicable
- a brief description of the problem
Claims should be submitted before a significant portion of the filament has been used where possible.
Returned items may be inspected before a replacement, refund or store credit is approved.
If approved, Printsy may offer:
- a replacement product
- store credit
- a refund
depending on the situation.
Replacement solutions are generally prioritised first.
Examples of issues that may qualify include:
- severe filament diameter inconsistency
- incorrectly shipped products
- verified manufacturing defects
- severe spool tangling confirmed upon review
Printsy reserves the right to assess all claims on a case-by-case basis.
Filament Disclaimer
3D printing results can vary depending on:
- printer calibration
- slicer settings
- nozzle condition
- print temperatures
- environmental conditions
- filament storage and moisture exposure
- user experience
Customers are responsible for ensuring their printer and settings are suitable for the product being used.
Filament naturally absorbs moisture over time once opened. Proper storage is recommended to maintain print quality.
Colours shown on product pages may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, print temperatures and manufacturing batches.
Small colour differences between batches can naturally occur in the filament industry and are usually minor. We always aim to keep colours as accurate and consistent as possible across production runs.
Digital Products & STL Files
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are not provided for:
- downloaded STL files
- digital products
- memberships
- vault access
once access has been granted or files have been downloaded.
If a file itself is confirmed to be broken or unusable, Printsy may provide a corrected file, replacement or other appropriate solution.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timeframes shown on our website are estimates only and may vary due to:
- courier delays
- weather events
- peak shipping periods
- customs processing
- other factors outside our control
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct before placing an order. Once an order has been marked as successfully delivered by the shipping carrier, Printsy is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels.
Product Support & Print Results
We are always happy to assist where possible, however successful print results can vary depending on printer setup, calibration, slicer settings, storage conditions and user experience.
Printsy cannot guarantee identical results across every printer, machine setup or printing environment.
Safe Product Usage
Customers are responsible for using products safely and following appropriate printing, ventilation and equipment guidelines.
Printsy is not responsible for issues caused by improper use, unsafe handling, modified equipment or incorrect printer settings.
Fraud, Abuse & Policy Misuse
Printsy reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, replacements or support where we reasonably believe:
- policy abuse is occurring
- excessive claims are being made
- fraudulent activity is suspected
- products have been intentionally damaged or misused

Digital files, STL models, and downloadable assets may not be compatible with every printer, slicer, AMS system, material profile, or workflow.

ensuring safe and appropriate usage
Printsy reserves the right to:

discontinue products or memberships
remove files or content
limit quantities

3. Orders & Payments

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Memberships & Subscriptions
Printsy may offer memberships, VIP subscriptions, creator access programs, digital services, and recurring subscription features.
Memberships may:
automatically renew
rebill periodically
include recurring charges
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law:
subscription fees are non-refundable once billed
partially used membership periods are not refunded
expired or cancelled memberships do not entitle users to reimbursement
If payment fails:

8. Model Vault & Digital Assets
The Printsy Model Vault may include:
STL files
digital downloads

premium models
commercial-use licenses
membership-exclusive content
All digital products are licensed, not sold.
Unless otherwise stated:
free models are licensed for personal use only
VIP models may include commercial-use rights while an active eligible VIP membership remains in good standing
Commercial-use rights permit the sale of physical printed objects only.
Commercial-use rights do NOT permit:
redistribution of files
reselling digital assets
sharing source files
uploading files elsewhere
marketplace redistribution
sublicensing
resale of digital content
torrenting
mass archiving
AI training usage
dataset generation
automated extraction
If unsure whether commercial rights apply to a model, users should contact Printsy before using the file commercially.
Commercial rights immediately terminate if:
the membership expires
payment fails
the account is suspended
the Terms are violated
Users may retain previously downloaded files for personal use after cancellation unless otherwise prohibited.
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law or where files are corrupted or unusable as determined by Printsy.
Printsy reserves the right to:
remove files
modify licensing terms
revoke access
suspend downloads
investigate suspicious activity
limit excessive downloading
implement anti-abuse protections
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, models, files, renders, product images, videos, text, logos, software, interfaces, and platform systems are owned by Printsy or its licensors and are protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws.

archived
reverse engineered
commercially exploited
without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in:

Access to digital content, commercial-use rights, or creator features may depend on the active membership tier or license associated with the content.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale, scraping, automated downloading, account sharing, copying, or misuse of STL files, digital assets, memberships, or creator content is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, termination, legal action, or other enforcement measures.
User Content & Community Features
Users may be able to upload images, submit reviews, create profiles, share content, upload models, or participate in community features.
Any content submitted to public areas of the Services may be visible to other users.
By submitting content to the Services, you grant Printsy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, store, and use that content for operating, improving, promoting, and protecting the Services.
Users remain responsible for ensuring they have the rights necessary to upload or share submitted content.
Printsy reserves the right to moderate, restrict, or remove content that violates our policies, infringes intellectual property rights, or may harm the Services or other users.
How We Share Information
We may share information with trusted service providers and infrastructure partners that help operate the Services, including:

Welcome to Printsy.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Printsy website, store, memberships, Model Vault, digital downloads, products, content, creator systems, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).
The terms “Printsy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Printsy Pty Ltd (ABN 11 693 446 534).
By accessing or using the Services, creating an account, purchasing products, downloading digital assets, subscribing to memberships, or interacting with Printsy in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.
1. Eligibility & Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
If you are under 18 years old, purchases and account usage must be supervised or approved by a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account or placing an order.
You are responsible for:
maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
restricting access to your account
all activities occurring under your account
Accounts are licensed for individual use only and may not be:
shared
transferred
sold
sublicensed
distributed to groups or communities
Printsy reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing, abuse, fraud, scraping, piracy, or violations of these Terms.
2. Products & Services
Printsy offers physical products, digital products, memberships, creator systems, and related services.
We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product colors, renders, specifications, previews, and descriptions. However:
colors may vary between screens and devices
renders may differ slightly from physical products
print results may vary depending on hardware, slicers, printer calibration, environmental conditions, and user settings
Digital files, STL models, and downloadable assets may not be compatible with every printer, slicer, AMS system, material profile, or workflow.
Users are responsible for:
verifying printer compatibility
testing settings
ensuring safe and appropriate usage
Printsy reserves the right to:
modify products or services
discontinue products or memberships
remove files or content
limit quantities
change pricing
update platform functionality
at any time without notice.
3. Orders & Payments
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Printsy reserves the right to:
accept or reject orders
cancel orders
limit quantities
refuse service
request additional verification
at our discretion.
Orders may be cancelled due to:
suspected fraud
pricing errors
payment issues
stock inaccuracies
abuse of promotions
suspicious activity
You agree to provide accurate and complete billing, payment, and shipping information.
By submitting payment information, you represent that:
you are authorized to use the payment method
the information provided is accurate
charges incurred will be honored
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Shipping fees, taxes, import charges, currency conversion fees, or third-party charges may apply separately.
Promotions, discounts, launch offers, memberships, and bundles may be subject to separate terms.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided as general guidance only and are not guaranteed.
Printsy is not responsible for delays caused by:
shipping carriers
customs processing
weather events
infrastructure failures
strikes
events outside our reasonable control
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon confirmed delivery unless otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (“ACL”) or other applicable laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Where permitted by law, our liability is limited to:
replacement of goods
repair of goods
resupply of services
refund or store credit
at Printsy’s discretion where appropriate.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
7. Memberships & Subscriptions
Printsy may offer memberships, VIP subscriptions, creator access programs, digital services, and recurring subscription features.
Memberships may:
automatically renew
rebill periodically
include recurring charges
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring billing until cancellation.
You may cancel future renewals at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.
Unless required under Australian Consumer Law:
subscription fees are non-refundable once billed
partially used membership periods are not refunded
expired or cancelled memberships do not entitle users to reimbursement
If payment fails:
retry attempts may occur
account benefits may be suspended
memberships may downgrade automatically
commercial rights associated with memberships may terminate
Printsy reserves the right to:
modify membership benefits
adjust pricing
discontinue membership programs
remove features or rewards
at any time.
8. Model Vault & Digital Assets
The Printsy Model Vault may include:
STL files
digital downloads
creator assets
premium models
commercial-use licenses
membership-exclusive content
All digital products are licensed, not sold.
Unless otherwise stated:
free models are licensed for personal use only
VIP models may include commercial-use rights while an active eligible VIP membership remains in good standing
Commercial-use rights permit the sale of physical printed objects only.
Commercial-use rights do NOT permit:
redistribution of files
reselling digital assets
sharing source files
uploading files elsewhere
marketplace redistribution
sublicensing
resale of digital content
torrenting
mass archiving
AI training usage
dataset generation
automated extraction
If unsure whether commercial rights apply to a model, users should contact Printsy before using the file commercially.
Commercial rights immediately terminate if:
the membership expires
payment fails
the account is suspended
the Terms are violated
Users may retain previously downloaded files for personal use after cancellation unless otherwise prohibited.
Digital downloads are generally non-refundable except where required under Australian Consumer Law or where files are corrupted or unusable as determined by Printsy.
Printsy reserves the right to:
remove files
modify licensing terms
revoke access
suspend downloads
investigate suspicious activity
limit excessive downloading
implement anti-abuse protections
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, graphics, models, files, renders, product images, videos, text, logos, software, interfaces, and platform systems are owned by Printsy or its licensors and are protected under Australian and international intellectual property laws.
No content may be:
copied
reproduced
redistributed
scraped
automated
archived
reverse engineered
commercially exploited
without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use may result in:
account termination
revoked licenses
legal enforcement
financial claims
access restrictions
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
violate laws or regulations
infringe intellectual property rights
scrape or harvest data
bypass security systems
use bots or automation tools
share memberships or downloads
impersonate others
upload malicious software
distribute pirated content
interfere with platform operations
use the Services for AI training datasets
upload illegal, offensive, or NSFW content
engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior
Printsy may investigate and take enforcement action against suspected violations.
11. Creator Content & User Submissions
Users may submit:
reviews
uploaded images
comments
creator content
public profile content
digital models
Users retain ownership of their submitted content.
By uploading or submitting content, you grant Printsy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
host
store
display
reproduce
market
feature
promote
distribute
that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services.
Printsy reserves the right to:
moderate content
remove content
suspend creator access
investigate infringement claims
restrict uploads
Users are solely responsible for ensuring submitted content does not infringe third-party rights.
12. Third-Party Services
The Services may integrate with or rely on third-party providers including:
Shopify
Airwallex
Google
Meta
TikTok
Discord
analytics providers
payment providers
shipping providers
Printsy is not responsible for third-party systems, services, outages, policies, or functionality.
13. Service Availability
Printsy does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Services.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
maintenance
updates
infrastructure failures
security incidents
provider outages
technical issues
Features, memberships, creator systems, or digital content may be modified or discontinued at any time.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Printsy shall not be liable for:
indirect damages
lost profits
loss of data
interrupted business
printer damage caused by misuse
failed prints due to user settings
compatibility issues
downtime
corrupted third-party systems
loss resulting from unauthorized account access
Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Printsy and its affiliates, directors, employees, licensors, contractors, and service providers against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:
your misuse of the Services
infringement of intellectual property rights
uploaded content
breaches of these Terms
unlawful conduct
16. Suspension & Termination
Printsy may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Services at any time for:
breaches of these Terms
piracy
abuse
suspicious activity
chargebacks
scraping
unauthorized commercial activity
security concerns
Termination may include:
revocation of licenses
removal of downloads
cancellation of memberships
account bans
legal enforcement
17. Disputes
Before commencing formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication where reasonably practical.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
18. Changes to These Terms
Printsy may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
